RULES:
By commissioning me, you agree to all of these terms.First come, first serve rules.I have the right to refuse a commission if it makes me uncomfortable or is beyond my current skill range.You are free to repost my artwork as long as you give clear credit to me (the artist) and no profit is made from it.Please let me know beforehand if you do not want your commission shared publicly. Otherwise, I may post it on my socials or portfolio.For updates or progress checks, you can contact me on Discord. I’m happy to share work-in-progress images at key stages.
DEADLINES:
Usual completion time is 1–6 weeks, depending on complexity and my current queue.
PAYMENT:
I accept PayPal payments.If you do not have PayPal, I temporarily accept Discord Nitro, Discord decorations, or Robux (including tax), though money is always preferred.Payment must be made upfront before I start your commission.I can also accept 50/50 payment (half upfront, half upon completion), but full payment must be received before I send the final high-resolution file.
REFUNDS AND CANCELATIONS:
If I have not started your commission yet, you may request a full refund.If I have already begun the artwork, refunds will be partial depending on progress.I will not issue refunds once the commission is complete.
USAGE RIGHTS:
The commission is for personal use only unless we have agreed otherwise.You may not sell, mint as NFT, or use the artwork for commercial purposes without my permission.I retain the rights to the artwork and may display it in my portfolio or social media unless you request privacy.
